  • Most of our core materials are sourced locally, sustainably, and legally, with a strong emphasis on SVLK-certified timber to ensure compliance with Indonesia’s national timber legality verification system.
  • We maintain a zero-plastic policy across our operations, including the use of minimal plastic packaging.
  • Our products are formaldehyde-free and we avoid harmful substances wherever possible.
  • We opt for low-impact materials and use solvent-free dyes and pigments when available.
Big-tree

We believe sustainability starts with making better, longer-lasting products. Each piece is rigorously tested for durability to reduce unnecessary waste and the need for frequent replacement.

Our approach blends craftsmanship with modern technology. Allowing for efficient production without losing the natural essence of our materials.

Beyond the product, we recognise our responsibility to the people and communities we work with. We uphold ethical practices across our supply chain and maintain close relationships with our craftsmen and partners. We also comply with Indonesia’s SVLK certification for legal wood, use formaldehyde-free materials, and keep our packaging minimal. All part of a wider effort to do better, at every step.

Beyond environmental efforts, we believe in responsible practices that create long-term value for people.

  • We invest in fair, safe, and inclusive working conditions for our team and collaborators in both our head office in Bali and our factory in Solo.
  • We work closely with local artisans and workshops, providing sustainable income and skill development opportunities.
  • Through our partnerships and community involvement, we aim to contribute positively to the regions where we operate. From material sourcing to final installation.
