Villa Charleston
Through a close and direct collaboration with the client, Tabú Design created nearly every piece in Villa Charleston, a private residence tucked into a quiet corner of Bali. The home was designed with a focus on simplicity and comfort, offering a calm retreat surrounded by soft natural light and muted tones.
Tabú Design was responsible for the complete furnishing package, covering both fixed and loose furniture across the villa. The design leans into neutral tones and natural materials, creating a soft, relaxed mood throughout the home.
- Fixed furniture: Kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, bathroom vanities and storage solutions crafted to blend seamlessly with the architecture.
- Loose furniture: Custom pieces for bedrooms, living areas and outdoor spaces designed for everyday comfort and harmony.
- Feature element: A large-scale custom wall installation designed as a focal point that is aligned with the character of the villa.
Tabú Design supported the project from the early design stages by developing 3D drawings and carefully selecting materials. This was followed by in-house production with meticulous attention to detail and installation on site. The result is a fully furnished home where every element feels intentional, creating a living environment that is contemporary and true to the client’s vision.
